1. Introduction

1.1 These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of all online courses, digital content, training programmes, materials, workshops, webinars, and related services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by Elite School of Elegance (“we”, “us”, “our”).

1.2 By purchasing, enrolling in, or accessing any of our Services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

1.3 You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under UK law to use our Services.

2. Contract Formation

2.1 A legally binding contract is formed when you complete the checkout process and payment is successfully processed; and We provide confirmation and/or grant access to the course.

2.2 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or misuse.

3. Course Access and Licence

3.1 Upon payment, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access the course content for your personal, non-commercial use only.

3.2 Access is provided via an online platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.

3.3 We may update, improve, or modify course content to maintain quality and relevance.

4. Fees and Payment

4.1 All prices are displayed in GBP unless otherwise stated and are inclusive or exclusive of VAT as specified at checkout.

4.2 Payment must be made in full before access is granted, unless an instalment plan is expressly offered.

4.3 We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by third‑party payment providers.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Digital Course Access – No Refunds After Access

5.1 Our courses are classified as digital content under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

5.2 By completing your purchase, you expressly: - Request immediate access to the digital course content; and - Acknowledge that you lose your statutory 14‑day right to cancel once access to the course has been granted.

5.3 No refunds will be issued once the course has been accessed, including (but not limited to): - Logging into the course platform - Viewing videos or lessons - Downloading materials - Accessing members‑only areas or community spaces

5.4 No refunds will be provided for: - Change of mind - Personal circumstances - Lack of use or completion - Dissatisfaction based on subjective expectations

5.5 If payment has been made but access has not yet been granted, you must contact us immediately at info@womanofelegance.com. Any refund in such circumstances is at our sole discretion.

5.6 Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If the Services are proven to be not as described or not provided with reasonable care and skill, you may be entitled to an appropriate remedy as required by law.

5.7 Technical issues caused by your device, internet connection, or failure to meet minimum system requirements do not constitute grounds for a refund. We will, however, make reasonable efforts to assist with access issues.

5.8 Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first may result in immediate suspension or termination of access and may be contested with evidence of acceptance of these Terms.

6. User Conduct

6.1 You agree to conduct yourself respectfully and professionally within all course environments, including community forums and live sessions.

6.2 You must not: - Share or redistribute course materials; Engage in abusive, discriminatory, or unlawful behaviour; Attempt to bypass security or access restrictions

6.3 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access without refund for breaches of this clause.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 All content, materials, branding, trademarks, and intellectual property belong to Elite School of Elegance or its licensors.

7.2 You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, sublicense, or exploit any course content without prior written consent.

8. Disclaimers

8.1 Our courses are provided for educational and informational purposes only and do not constitute professional, legal, or financial advice.

8.2 We do not guarantee specific results, outcomes, or success.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant course.

9.2 We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of income, business, or data.

10. Data Protection and Privacy

10.1 We process personal data in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

12.1 We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will not affect purchases already completed.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

13.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

13.2 Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
